General Footwear Sizing:
- For Women's Footwear: B is the standard width, 2A is narrow, D is wide, and 2E is extra wide.
- For Men's Footwear: D is the standard width, B is narrow, 2E is wide, and 4E is extra wide.
- For Children's Footwear: D is the standard width, B is narrow, 2E is wide, and 4E is extra wide. Kids' shoes convert directly to Men's shoe sizes (5 in Kids' is a 5 in Men's), but go up 1.5 sizes for Women's shoe sizes (5 in Kids' shoes is 6.5 in Women's shoes).
Remember, your running shoe size is generally a full size larger than your typical dress shoe size. Not all shoes fit the same! Some brands run a little longer, some run short, some are wide, etc. We highly recommend coming in for a fit so you can be sure the shoe you're wearing is the best pair for your feet.
