June 6 - 6:30pm at West Stride:
EASY PACE: 2, 4 or 6 miles. It’s Global Running Day - celebrate with an easy run with friends.
June 9 - 7:00am at West Stride:
ENDURANCE: Join us for a LONG RUN of 4-12 miles, with water stops along the routes.
June 13 - 6:30pm at West Stride:
SPEED: Pick up the pace with a TRACK workout of 200m repeats. Start and finish at West Stride, with a short jog to the Westminster track for the workout.
*June 16 - Odyssey Quest 5K at Westminster:
No official run at West Stride as we’ll be running the Odyssey Quest 5K. *NOTE: 5K race registration is required at https://odysseyatlanta.org/quest-run/
June 20 - 6:30pm at West Stride:
STRIDES: It’s our regular 2, 4 or 6 mile run with post-run strides to fire up the fast-twitch muscles.
June 23 - 7:00am at West Stride (warm up to track:
SPEED and TEMPO: We’re heading to the track to get in a final speed workout before the Peachtree. Meet at West Stride at 7am. We'll warmup to the Westminster track and do 800m repeats. This is a great chance to get in a harder effort, focusing on form and cadence and pushing outside of your comfort zone.
June 27 - 6:30pm @ Red Brick Brewery: RECOVERY: Run an easy-paced 3 miles at Red Brick, then stick around for Beer Relay (details to come!).
June 30 - 7:00am at West Stride: SHAKEOUT: One last stride before the Peachtree Road Race 10K. Shake it out with an easy run.
