Finally, a running program for men and women that like variety, company, fun and challenges. Our 2020 Stride Strong program will give you 8 full weeks of training and Saturday coached workouts to prepare you for your first or fastest 5K or 10K. But don’t just expect weekly group runs – these workouts will offer a new challenge each week to get you stronger and faster. The program culminates with the Shamrock 'N Roll 5K/10K Road Race on Saturday, March 14, 2020, where you get to run the race and claim a finisher’s medal.

Why choose this training program? Variety, Motivation, Expert Coaching and FUN! Our program will be run by certified, experienced coaches with the knowledge to tailor the training program to meet your specific goals. We can cater to both beginners and intermediate runners. Plus, your registration will include paid entry into the Shamrock 'N Roll Road Race - either the 5K or the 10K! If you are ready to start running regularly or to achieve new time goals, this program is for you!
Registration Fee: $119 for 8-week training program beginning January 25 (with kick off run on January 18th). Fee includes a Stride Strong training shirt, training log book and perks that will be given throughout the program – including Feetures! performance running socks and more.
Schedule: We kick it off with “Start Your Stride” open run and info session on Saturday, January 18th. Training officially begins on Saturday, January 25, 2020, and will continue through until the Shamrock ‘N Roll Race on March 14th.
Location: West Stride Running Store will be the home base for the training program, but we will try some different running locations in the local area on a few select Saturday runs.

Restrictions: Due to safety and liability, the Stride Strong program is open to anyone over the age of 18. Under 18 will be allowed if parent is present with minor at all times during training. Strollers and pets are prohibited during training sessions. Stride Strong Registration is non-refundable after January 18, 2020.
