West Stride REWARDS our regular customers in a simple and hassle-free way - by giving you reward dollars back to spend with us.

How does it work? The West Stride Rewards program allows you to earn $30 for every $400 you spend on qualifying, regularly-priced items at West Stride.* Reward dollars are available for you to spend at the store on a future purchase starting the following sales day.

 

*Reward dollars are earned on regularly-priced items in the store, with some exceptions including gift card purchases, training program registrations, and select exempt items. They are not earned, or redeemable, on discounted items.


  • How do I sign up?

    Starting a rewards account is simple - at your next purchase, we'll offer you the option to join the program. All we will need to enroll you is a phone number (as your unique tracking number, we never call it!), an email address, and a physical mailing address, if possible.

 

How do you keep track of my rewards dollars? 

It's all in our point-of-sale system. Each customer will have an account number, and all of your purchases will be processed under that number. Your receipt will tell you how many Rewards Dollars you've earned.

 

How do I redeem my rewards dollars? 

After your collective eligible purchases top the $400 mark, your receipt will let you know you have earned $30 in West Stride Reward Dollars. At your next visit (starting the following sales day), you may use your $30 rewards on any single transaction for the next 60 days. No need to have your receipt with you when you want to redeem your rewards dollars as it's all in the computer.

 

Do my rewards dollars expire? 

You have 60 days from the date you earn your rewards dollars to redeem them. Reward dollars cannot be redeemed on the same visit but can be used starting the following sales day.

 

Can my family be on my account? 

Yes! Immediate family members can all make purchases under one main account. However, for purposes of pulling up purchase history and rewards redemptions, you may consider setting up individual accounts.

 

What if I'm buying a gift? 

Any full-price purchase you make under your account (excluding gift cards), no matter who it is for, counts toward your rewards.

 

What about discounted or coupon purchases? 

Sale or discounted purchases and purchases made with a coupon do not count toward rewards dollars.

 

Do clearance items count toward my rewards dollars?  

Since our clearance rack is typically 30-60% off, those deals are already too good to be true! Only full-price purchases will count towards your rewards dollars.

 

What if I return an item I used rewards on?  

We will happily refund you the actual amount you paid for the item after the Reward discount. The Reward dollars are not refundable, however, so use them on items you know you want!

 

What if I only use part of the Reward?  

West Stride Rewards must be redeemed in a single transaction. Any unused dollars will be lost. So if you are purchasing less than $30, grab an extra item to get you over that amount!



Fine Print: West Stride Reward dollars are earned on regularly-priced items in the store, with some exceptions including electronics, gift card purchases, training program registrations, and select limited distribution items. Rewards are valid to redeem on a single transaction – any unused dollars from a single reward redeemed will be lost. Rewards are not redeemable for cash and not returnable or able to be reused once redeemed. Sales tax does not apply towards rewards. Rewards cannot be used on sale items or in combination with any other discount or coupon. Reward credit total will be reduced by any merchandise returned for a refund. Program is reserved for individuals and same-household families. Reward terms and conditions are subject to change.
